Does the military cover storage during a PCS?
Often, yes, through your PCS entitlements or a personally procured move (PPM/DITY). Reimbursement rules vary by move type, so keep your receipts and check with your transportation office. Month-to-month terms with no long contract make it easy either way.
Do I need my orders, or just a military ID?
A valid military or military dependent ID is all you need for the 10% discount. You can rent entirely online without showing orders.
Can I store a vehicle while I deploy?
Yes. We have covered, uncovered, and enclosed parking for cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and RVs, on a secure lot with 24/7 access.
Can someone access my unit while I’m deployed?
Yes. Autopay keeps the unit current while you’re away, and you can authorize a spouse or trusted person to access it. Call an owner to set it up.
What size unit fits a PCS move?
It depends on your household. A 10×10 covers a small apartment; a 10×20 fits a three-bedroom home. Not sure? Call an owner and we will size it with you before you pay.
What are your hours?
The gate runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on your own code. If you need a person, customer service is 7am to 7pm by phone or text, and you are reaching an owner.
